This assignment has three parts, each that involves creating a web page:  Part I involves creating a frames page, Part II involves creating a table with a page that displays in the frames page and and Part III is creating a form page that also displays in the frames page.

Part I  Create a frames Page with at least two frames.  In one of the frames displays a navigation bar that links 1) Your personal information page from H2 (link name "Personal Information", 2) Your shrine page from H2 (link name "My Shrine" 3) The web host analysis in Part II (link name "Web Hose"), and 4) A Customer Survey form you develop in Part III (link name "Customer Survey".  The default page should be your Personal Information Page. Thus, there should be four(4) links in your navigation frame.

Part II   Research on web store hosting.  You have been hired to help the owner of a small arts and crafts store build a Web site to sell her goods.  As a first step, she asks you to research some possible Web hosts for her site.  She is interested in selling up to 50 items in her store. You must research three of the following hosting services:

  1. Addr.com
  2. ApolloHosting
  3. HyperMart
  4. Web Site Source
  5. Yahoo!Store

For each hosting service, you must answer  ten of the following questions.  Create a table to display the answers for each question by the service.

  1. What is the initial set-up fee?
  2. What is the monthly fee?  What are the transaction fees?
  3. How much disk space would a 50 item store receive?
  4. How much is it for extra space?
  5. Does the service provide a search engine?
  6. What promotion and marketing opportunities are available?
  7. How are customers notified following a transaction?
  8. Is shopping cart software provided?  Is it extra?  How much?  If shopping carts are not provided, how do customers enter orders?
  9. Are storefront-building wizards available to help create a new store?
  10. Does the service provide any guarantees about server up time?  If so, what are they?
  11. Are the transactions conducted in a secure environment?
  12. Is e-mail provided as part of the service?  Does it cost extra?  If so, how much?
  13. Is it possible for the store to have its own domain name?  If so, it is extra to register the name?  How much?
  14. Can you upload product names, descriptions, images, and costs from files or databases, or must you enter each item manually?
  15. Is there an online user manual for the merchant?

Part III. Create a form. Create a Customer Survey Form. Form must included the following components:

  1. Thrity(30) character text box, with text "Name"

  2. Drop down menu with three entries and text "Country"

  3. Checkbox with text "Send me more information"

  4. Two radio buttons with text "I am interested in:" and selections of  "eCommerce" and "Information Technology"

  5. Scrolling textbox, 30 character, 5 line with text "Comments".

Form must be one of the links in the frame page.  Note that form doesn't have to submit data anywhere, just display components listed above.
