slides).
-
You can then specify
the number of slides you wish to place on each page.
-
Right-click to reach
the Print dialog box.
-
Select the Finishing
tab.
-
Choose to print
multiple slides per page.
If you are using Internet
Explorer to view the lectures, be aware that it may automatically launch
a presentation, and in that case, you will not be able to print the
slides. You can tell that this is happening when you right-click
on the presentation you do not reach the Print dialog box. The
solution is to use Netscape Navigator or Netscape Communicator to view
the slides. When it asks you if you should open or save the file,
tell it to save the file. You can then open the file using
PowerPoint and print it normally.
